You helped build a school guys! The first school in a small Village Called Nyarwigo located in Usagara, Mwanza, Tanzania. Our great friend Elias is the founder and coordinator of this excellent community-based project.
Jesus will guide the way; we need to have faith and use our combined effort and skills.

Melki a child refugee from Rwanda was gifted one more term of Dental Surgery Education. He is almost finished his degree, one more year. Melki is a compassionate Dental Surgery student who is dedicated to supporting underprivileged people. He vows to give back the blessings and kindness he received as a child refugee fleeing Rwanda.

1. Laticia's debilitating and life threating seizures are under control after being sponsored to see a Pediatric Neurologist in Dar es Salam.

2. Shinene has started the process of assessing nerve and spinal damage, caused by severe physical abuse, that has left him unable to walk. With corrective surgery he has a chance at walking again.

1. Rachel and her daughter Neema were homeless and jobless. They now have a safe home, and a job. Rachel is teaching at the school in Nyarwigo and Neema, who is deaf and cannot speak, is using her artistic talents to draw teaching aids for special education classrooms. All of this possible due to your donations.
2. Sarah and her brother Pascal, orphaned, due to circumstances related to HIV, were given six months of housing and food while Sarah finished school and cared for her brother.
Education fosters peace and improved quality of life.
30 teachers and parents attended a course on Autism which consisted of two five-hour days of training. It was very well received in the community. The teachers will now continue to teach this course to others. Often courses are not attended because of transportation and food costs. Transportation and food were provided.
Special Needs Teachers in Tanzania are trained mainly in Visual Impairment and Hearing impairment only.
Play is crucial to a child's development supporting physical, cognitive, and social development.
Two special education classrooms were provided with interactive STEM toys to promote independence and skill development.
Promoting mobility leads to enhanced quality of life.
Two schools were provided with standing boards. One very curious student is no longer stuck at home due to mobility issues. Thank you all so much for the locally made wheelchair and standing boards!
